Everything you will read below has been put in place with careful consideration for the safety of our staff and their loved ones, our clients and their loved ones as well as that of the community as put forth by public health. We ask for your patience and support as we move through the next phase of Covid19.

- To provide your service in an efficient and safe manner we ask that you please keep conversations with staff to a minimum as not to have you miss a moment of your treatment time.
- Visits to the clinic will be By Appointment Only - To be able to reduce foot traffic and promote physical distancing.
- All staff will undergo screening and temperature checks before being able to start work each day.
- All staff will ensure regular cleaning of the spaces and surfaces throughout the clinic to provide you with the safest environment possible.
- Please do not come to the clinic if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms - fever (or the signs of a fever, including chills, sweats, muscle aches, lightheadedness) cough, headache, sore throat, painful swallowing, runny nose, diarrhea, loss of sense of smell or taste, unexplained loss of appetite or small, red or purple spots on the hands./feet. If you have any of these symptoms your deposit will apply to your next
- Please do not come early or late for your appointment. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate late arrivals to the clinic as this will negatively impact the clients booked after you.
- Please do not bring any food or drink into the clinic.
- Please do not use or take out your cell phone while you are in the clinic.
- We require all clients to wear a face mask while inside the clinic. Sanitizer and protocol to enter spa is in stairwell or elevator. Please read
- All clients will be asked a series of screening questions. If we do not feel it is suitable for you to proceed with your appointment you will be asked to leave and we will call to rebook appt at a later date.
- Please be aware of the presence of any other clients and respect all physical distancing as indicated by signs on our walls
- We have removed all materials from our waiting and reception area that pose as a possible contaminant. As such, we are unfortunately not able to offer our clients their wine water or teas.
- Our seating areas will be closed. You will be escorted directly to the treatment room as soon as possible on arrival.
- We ask that clients refrain from picking up any items in the clinic such as retail products unless indicated as such by staff. We will be happy to help you retrieve any products and answer all questions for you. If necessary, ask for gloves at the reception desk .
- While our public washrooms remain open, we suggest that you use the washroom at home before arriving at the clinic to minimize your contact and time at the clinic. Please disinfect flush handle and taps when leaving washroom. Dispose of hand towel in outside washroom garbage can. Use hand towel to open washroom door.
- Clients will be booked with extra time to facilitate any extra cleaning and disinfecting of rooms. PPE will be worn by staff and properly discarded after.
- We will contact you with any follow up, recheck or other appointments after you leave the clinic.
- We will continue to offer our amazing products with pre paid pick up service if you wish to still have curbside.
- We ask that clients remain inside their parked cars upon arrival, and enter the Spa no more than 3-4 minutes before your appointment time. Please leave all extra bags and unnecessary items locked in your car. When possible, please leave your coat in your car as well. Upon entering the Spa, please hand sanitize, then proceed to washroom to wash hands and your Esthetician will take you in for your treatment.
